Even without as-built drawings, original specifications or material certificates,just starting from your physical part (obsolete, discontinued by Vendor, heavily damaged, composite like mechanical seals), ATW will replicate it with the required level of precision.
This 3D re-engineering and re-manufacturing may also include:
- reinforcing a weak area
- resizing the part if necessary
- modifying its metallurgy"
RECONDITIONING DAMAGED PARTS
If you only wish a selective repair of the worn out part, ATW will combine substractive and additive techniques to restore or improve its properties and functionalities.
In case of equipment breakdown, a root-cause-analysis may give valuable input and help optimise the reverse-engineered fabrication.
Over the years, the Company has specialized in the reconditioning of a wealth of damaged open and closed impellers for all brands of pumps and blowers.
ON-DEMAND MANUFACTURING
Relying in recent years on its new CNC Machining Excellence Center, ATW is happy to offer the fabrication of New Parts at very attractive conditions, even for small batches and low volumes.
3D PROTOTYPING
Should your R&D department wish to develop a prototype for a new product, ATW can model it, print it or cast it, and of course create real-life samples.
